Each morning, I found myself eagerly looking forward to the rich buffet breakfast, where a variety of sweet and savory options awaited. The fresh fruits and delectable pastries were particularly tempting, reminding me of the local markets back in Madrid. The hotel's restaurant, Trattoria la Darsena, served as the centerpiece of our culinary journey. On our first evening, we indulged in traditional Tuscan cuisine, which transported me back to the rustic charm of Italian countryside dining. The ambiance of the place encouraged a relaxed evening, reminiscent of family gatherings shared over hearty meals. Beyond the food, the property features a beautiful garden, a perfect location to unwind. I often retreated there with a book, savoring the quiet atmosphere. The American Bar, staffed by skilled baristas, made sipping on a splendid cocktail an evening ritual after our dining adventures. While Hotel Spinelli is not beachside, the nearby restaurants were just a short stroll away, offering incredible dining alternatives. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Spinelli, especially for fellow food enthusiasts looking to immerse in local flavors while enjoying a cozy retreat.
